Consultancy for the design of the building’s installations, seeking the optimization of the project and the most appropriate adaptation to the requirements of the client. Coordination with the different project stakeholders and specialties from the draft or basic project, to establish the requirements of the building, spaces, recommendations, and design of the installations in the subsequent phases of the project.
Drafting of the detailed design of installations for the different areas:
- Electricity – Medium Voltage
- Electricity and low voltage
- Weak signals and telecommunications
- Air conditioning and heating
- Ventilation and fumigation
- Plumbing (hot and cold water)
- Sanitation (sewage, rainwater, gray water)
- Combustible gases
- Renewable energies (solar thermal, photovoltaic, geothermal, biomass, etc.)
- Fire protection systems
- Home automation and control systems (BMS)
Option to draw up plans in CAD or REVIT format.
