We are a multidisciplinary office specializing in the design of all types of installations.
We provide services for clients who require comprehensive projects for installations, telecommunications, acoustics, energy certifications, all supported by 3D modeling based on BIM standards.
Our greatest commitment to our clients is to provide solutions to all specific concerns and needs of each project.
The essence of S3E engineering stems from our versatile profile that allows us to adapt to any circumstance at any stage of the project. For more than 10 years, this versatility has allowed us to undertake a wide range of projects for all types and sizes of buildings.
As a result, our team is capable of Studying, Designing, Supervising, Coordinating and Maintaining different installation systems, tailored to the needs of different types of clients.
Due to all this, S3E Engineering serves the needs of the various stakeholders involved in a project: Owners, Consultants, Architects, Constructors and Installers; understanding the requirements of each one of them and facilitating communication and cooperation.

This allows the client to feel more comfortable and better transmit the information to achieve a satisfactory result sooner and better.
We believe that projects must complete the circle, from the initial design to the final user, thinking about the ease of execution and subsequent maintenance, avoiding possible technical uncertainties that may cause problems at any point during the project.
